Welcome to Nexix. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nexix platform (“Nexix”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), available at [your URL]. By using Nexix, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nexix. By using Nexix, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Nexix provides AI-generated educational tutorials in response to user queries. Users may browse content freely without registering. If a question has not been answered before, the system generates a tutorial using Groq’s large language model AI.
Creating an account is only required for accessing premium content or making payments. Required fields: username and password. Optional: bio, love status, crush’s name, gender. All fields are stored securely.
We temporarily store IP addresses after 10 failed login attempts to prevent abuse. These IPs are deleted automatically after 30 minutes.
Users do not post or publish content manually. All content is automatically generated by AI in response to user searches.
Premium access is handled securely through Payhip (via PayPal). Nexix does not store or process payment information directly.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or access if Terms are violated.
Nexix is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding accuracy or availability of the platform or content.
To the extent permitted by law, Nexix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nexix after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
